16 Jahre (1944)

Slanting rays of a dying sun
Gild the glades,
Thoughts of home rise up in my heart,
Sights and sounds that will never fade.
My blood blends
With his golden blood,
Reddening, darkening vale and hill;
Softly breathes the night wind –
Heart, be still.

For Germany lies sleeping
An agonising sleep,
Mysterious as the night of hell
Dreamless, deep:
Deaf to the voice of her children
Whose wounds gape to the sky,
Though her soul be dazed by sleeping
She will not die.
As the blood of the setting sun
Is followed by blackest night,
As the blood of the morning sun
Is followed by brilliant light,

So the blood from Germany’s veins
Her torpor past,
Shall lead her on to an unknown dawn
A wiser life, a happier morn
That is to last. экспресс займ на киви кошелеклегкий займбыстрый займ на карту с 18 лет
